We do this with conjoint studies, which put the respondent in a situation that is very similar to making a purchase decision: they must evalute and rank multiple products. Analysis of their response reveals a surprisingly detailed picture of their preferences, which can be extremely valuable for product development, sales and marketing.

In a typical project we will meet with you and members of your team to understand the questions and issues you wish to pursue. We will develop an intial study design and test it interally with some of your colleagues. Usually refinements are made over a couple of iterations and the study is ready for your customers. In certain scenarios we may elect to first run a pilot study with a smaller group of lead customers.

The study can be taken to your existing clients by your sales force who already have a relationship with them. This approach is very cost-effective and works well in business to business situations. We also can put the study on the web for easy access to a broad range of respondents.
