Carolyn Luo founded our SABRE Simulation Business in China with Cam Tipping. She is responsible for operations and business development in China. SABRE simulations have been widely used in both Fortune 500 companies and large firms in China.
Before co-founding our SABRE business in China, Carolyn worked in FMCG/Retail industry, before moving on to a career at CEIBS (China European Industry Business School). During her time at CEIBS, she focused on E-learning and training.
Carolyn is very sensitive to new market practices and industry insights, with experience in 1-on-1 business insights interviews, people assessment, training program design and management. She is a highly regarded speaker and facilitates various programs for clients.
In the Pharm/Device market, she has worked with Pfizer, Roche, GSK, Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, Boehringer-Ingelheim, MSD, Bayer, UCB, Eisai (Japan), Takeda (Japan), Sino Pharm, China Resources Pharm, 3Sbio and some other companies. SABRE is now considered as one of the top 3 training companies for senior level executives in the Pharmaceutical industry.
In the FMCG market, Carolyn has worked with Coca-cola, Danone, Meadjohnson, Mars/Wrigley, Yili Dairy, China Resources Group, Orion (Korea), Wilmar-intl. (Singapore), and Abbott.
