HR is at a tipping point — a new generation. A new way of thinking. A new way of working. Explore how our simulations can help you discover and develop human potential.
SABRE Solo HR
SABRE Solo HR
Standard recruitment process? Standard candidates.
A hiring process is an opportunity to differentiate from the competition. It is an opportunity to create a process that attracts the brightest talent in the industry, an exceptional process for which exceptional candidates self-select. It can set the conditions for only the most committed and through to executive and leadership roles, SABRE is an objective, collaborative candidates to pass.
Bring in today’s strongest talent. Develop tomorrow’s defining leaders.
Strategic thinking is a skill – for many people it must be first learned then practiced. We have the tools and experience to teach and develop strong strategic thinkers. We also have the tools to test and assess the capacity for strategic thinking.
SABRE Solo HR is an acid test for strategic thinking. From graduate positions through to executive and leadership roles, SABRE is an objective, transparent and distinctive tool for assessing capability.

Imagine the ability to measure the impact of team dynamic & interaction on organisational performance?
Over 30 years of running SABRE business simulations in both the corporate and academic worlds have given IIBD a unique insight into the impact of team dynamic on
performance in SABRE, our business simulation. Since the early 1990’s we have noticed some distinct patterns in human behaviour that enable us to make
observational predictions on performance in the SABRE simulation.
Observational insight is not enough. It is time to collect measurable data.
We recently teamed up with Rumman Chowdhury, Ph.D. to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) based application that can be run from a smartphone or internet-enabled device. The AI is trained to voice input, analysing in real-time the proportionate amount of time each team member spends speaking, the number of interruptions and positivity/negativity of the language used.
Our first trial will be live at the Wharton Business School MBA Class, starting in April 2018.
We will run the application during SABRE Simulation decision periods on MBA and EMBA programs at the Wharton Business School to collect data points on team dynamic (as measured by voice input) and connect these data points to the teams’ performance in the SABRE simulation.
This research will have a significant impact on our understanding of the impact human interaction has on the bottom line. Want to be kept updated on the results of the trial? Sign up to our newsletter for updates.
